Ads are too annoying to even test it out. It would be less annoying if the ad area is there all the time, but it shows up in every screen and break the flow. I cant play long enough to tell if Id like the game.

Im getting a good laugh reading the reviews from people that dont understand how to play this awesome game. Im just imagining the sh!t for brains sitting there starring at the screen waiting for something to pop out and shoot them or something. Haha!

Dont know why others are complaining about the FREE version. I like it. Riven is great too.

Just purchased game and it froze up within the first few minutes of play! All I have is a black screen. I want my money back. This should be illegal for these game suppliers to rip people off and get away with it. Been ripped off with other game suppliers also with no results for refunds. Zynga being the biggest culprit of them all. Should be a class action lawsuit against these companies who get you to purchase products that dont work.

Its called an iPad and its been around for a few years now. Its now one of the top gaming platforms. I *love* Myst and Riven. Without a doubt, a five star game. Ive considered downgrading one of my computers to run them again. But seriously, they were practically made to run on a multitouch system. Why wouldnt you want to make it available in HD for the iPad? Id buy the whole series all over again.. For me, for my wife who has never played them.. And for my kids who are just now getting to their puzzle solving stage.

I used to play Riven a long time ago and spent a lot of money on a phone hotline when I got stuck; yes it is not easy to figure out and the same goes for Myst; still, it is fascinating.

Fantastic! Finally Myst on iPad. Couldnt put it down. missing one star because its build for iPhone not iPad so graphics are poor.

I love Myst, but $5 for a game that game out in 1993 is a lot. But it is a classic so I guess it should be that much. I thought that Myst Free was going to be like the $5 game with ads, but I was wrong. I spent 12hrs solving puzzles, exploring, and trying to remember what to do (played the original, took me 50+ hrs). I get to end of the game and it wont let me finish the game because Im using the free version. I dont really feel like buying the real game just to see the ending. I wish I bought the $5 version before I started my adventure in this free version.

Like many others here I too played myst & riven when they first came out. My brother got me hooked on it. I was so happy to see they had one for the iPhone I didnt mind the fee for the full version. However after traveling in the spaceship off myst island & solving the next challenging puzzle the game froze on me and kicked me out. I am not happy about paying the $5 for a game I cant complete. I expect either a fix or a refund in full & soon. I did report the problem. I still gave it 3 stars because I like the game & feel once the problem is fixed then the game will continue to run smooth

I had so much fun playing this free demo and Im eager to get the full version! Though I think Ill try and get it on Steam since Ive heard of a few common issues with the iPod version like the game freezing up or the sound going dead. Overall, I had a lot of fun and I defiantly recommend this to anyone looking for a good adventure and puzzle game!

The soundtrack took me right back to the Myst I fell in love with so many years ago, but oh, the graphics look horrid on the iPad. I couldnt stand it. As soon as this is out in HD, Ill pay, but not before then.

Who cares if the graphics arent optimized for Ipad? The whole point of this game is the epic and compelling backstory that STILL sets it apart from every other game Ive ever played.

Even though for the iPhone it has the same features. If you made a new revised myst game for the iPad you would make a fortune. Think about it.

How did they screw this up? This is one of the best video games of all time, perfect for the format of the iPad, but why isnt it in HD? One of the main appeals of this game is the refined visuals, but there is only an iPhone app, so viewing on the iPad is grainy. I would gladly pay $10 or $15 for a refined iPad version.

Im on the verge of buying the full version for my iPad. If it was optimized for iPad I would have already. The whole point of this game is the rich environment, but with the low resolution it disappoints a little. Still an amazing game though.
